On top of that, her responsiveness and persistency were incredibly impressive. I didn't have any instances where I could not get a hold of her or get an answer to the questions I had. She displayed persistency by making sure she got an answer to any question I may have had for the seller or listing agent even if they weren't as responsive. She provided us with volumes of helpful information but never overwhelmed us.
