Erin is the best. She is so easy to work with. She handled the sale of our house and made the process as smooth as it could possibly be. Erin always worked with our best interest in mind from setting a sale price, evaluating the offers and anything else that came up all the way through closing. She even offered to walk our dog during the inspection while we had prior commitments! Don't plan on moving again anytime soon, but would definitely use Erin again.

She set modest but obtainable goals for the property based on how much I was willing to do to the property to attract solid buyers.
