We had some specific things in mind for a house, and after a number of weeks, found a house at a good price that fit the bill. Despite another offer being a few thousand dollars higher than ours, those strategies led the sellers to choose our offer— the listing agent also mentioned that she preferred to work with Sarah over some of the other agents.

The reason that we live in this beautiful home that we feel blessed to wake up in every single day is that an absolutely incredible real estate agent who has many years of experience and a real talent for helping people to find the perfect home of their dreams helped us to navigate the immeasurably complex home purchasing process and ultimately find our Forever Home. That real estate agent is a truly lovely woman named Keri Janda. From our first meeting with Keri, we knew that she was the perfect RE agent for us. She provided us with volumes of helpful information but never overwhelmed us. Even more importantly, she asked spectacular questions and really listened to our responses and heard what we were telling her about what we each wanted. Every home that we looked at with her was one that we could probably have been happy living in.
