I cannot imagine having had a better realtor than Sarah Anderson. She was there to answer my questions day or night, take care of all details, answer my questions, and actually ordered a meal delivered to my apartment on an extremely stressful day during the process.
The day before closing, underwriting wanted a scan copy of every page of my last 2 years tax returns. I was working and could not go to have them scanned. She came to my apartment and, with an app on her cell phone, scanned all 70+ pages and sent them to the lender.
I cannot speak highly enough of Sarah Anderson.

We had some specific things in mind for a house, and after a number of weeks, found a house at a good price that fit the bill. She helped us put together an offer, including strategizing around what terms we should offer. Despite another offer being a few thousand dollars higher than ours, those strategies led the sellers to choose our offer— the listing agent also mentioned that she preferred to work with Sarah over some of the other agents.
After we had a contract in place on the house, she went above and beyond by setting up appointments for various contractor work on the house, including radon mitigation, preventative pest control, and mold remediation. Taking numerous little tasks off of our plate was such a relief! She also helped us navigate a tricky closing situation— just a huge help all the way through. Highly recommended!

Erin was introduced to me by a friend and in minutes I knew she would get the job done. After nearly 40 realtors calling and texting me with desperation in their voices along their sales numbers I was truly done speaking with all of them, Erin did not approach the listing of my house this way. She explained her approach, her vision, her knowledge of the area and explained the do's and dont's of the area. She set modest but obtainable goals for the property based on how much I was willing to do to the property to attract solid buyers. We kept in touch about the updates, contractors and the work I'd be doing during the process and we was about to list a week earlier than the goal set. Everything was explained, understood and everyone was on bored.
