Not only did she soothe our fears of buying our first house but she was super responsive via text--always ready to schedule showings for us, flexible with her time and lovely when we met up with her. Our buying process wasn't as smooth as we would like (sellers fault) and she was there for us the entire time, going above and beyond for the littlest things. Her recommendations of vendors was really helpful to navigate this scary transition. That real estate agent is a truly lovely woman named Keri Janda. From our first meeting with Keri, we knew that she was the perfect RE agent for us. She provided us with volumes of helpful information but never overwhelmed us.
