Beyond being such a wonderful agent, Keri has really become a friend and took a little time out of her busy schedule to celebrate with us when we did our final walk through just before closing on the house. She still checked back with us frequently to make certain that everything went well and that we had all that we needed. After nearly 40 realtors calling and texting me with desperation in their voices along their sales numbers I was truly done speaking with all of them, Erin did not approach the listing of my house this way. She set modest but obtainable goals for the property based on how much I was willing to do to the property to attract solid buyers. We kept in touch about the updates, contractors and the work I'd be doing during the process and we was about to list a week earlier than the goal set.
