Our move from New Zealand back to Kansas City was difficult enough, not to include the monumental task of finding the right home in a short supply, and competitive Mid-West housing market. It's fair to say, Jen had a tall task in working with us, while we were overseas, and when we arrived back to North America. The reason that we live in this beautiful home that we feel blessed to wake up in every single day is that an absolutely incredible real estate agent who has many years of experience and a real talent for helping people to find the perfect home of their dreams helped us to navigate the immeasurably complex home purchasing process and ultimately find our Forever Home. That real estate agent is a truly lovely woman named Keri Janda. From our first meeting with Keri, we knew that she was the perfect RE agent for us. She provided us with volumes of helpful information but never overwhelmed us. She set modest but obtainable goals for the property based on how much I was willing to do to the property to attract solid buyers.
