For example, we had an unfortunate car breakdown, and she picked us up at the repair shop and drove us to the showing (which turned out to be our new home). She even wrote up our offer while she was out of town on a long-planned "mini-vacation". Dedication.
When we needed help with inspections, she had a ready list of people who answered the call as well.
