Not only did she soothe our fears of buying our first house but she was super responsive via text--always ready to schedule showings for us, flexible with her time and lovely when we met up with her. Our buying process wasn't as smooth as we would like (sellers fault) and she was there for us the entire time, going above and beyond for the littlest things. Her recommendations of vendors was really helpful to navigate this scary transition. The day before closing, underwriting wanted a scan copy of every page of my last 2 years tax returns. I was working and could not go to have them scanned. She came to my apartment and, with an app on her cell phone, scanned all 70+ pages and sent them to the lender.
