She set modest but obtainable goals for the property based on how much I was willing to do to the property to attract solid buyers. We kept in touch about the updates, contractors and the work I'd be doing during the process and we was about to list a week earlier than the goal set. Everything was explained, understood and everyone was on bored.
At the end the day select a realtor that has proven experience, confidence and the ability to communicate about the property, not someone who starts off with all the "look at me" statements!
