That real estate agent is a truly lovely woman named Keri Janda. From our first meeting with Keri, we knew that she was the perfect RE agent for us. She provided us with volumes of helpful information but never overwhelmed us. We had some specific things in mind for a house, and after a number of weeks, found a house at a good price that fit the bill. Despite another offer being a few thousand dollars higher than ours, those strategies led the sellers to choose our offer— the listing agent also mentioned that she preferred to work with Sarah over some of the other agents.
