She provided us with volumes of helpful information but never overwhelmed us. Every home that we looked at with her was one that we could probably have been happy living in. Keri had notified us about it a good two weeks before it even went on the market and, when it did, we had the very first showing scheduled for it. We were already very impressed with it from the pictures that she provided us but, once we walked through it and explored all that it had to offer, we truly fell in love with this place. Two days later, our offer was accepted. Keri and her assistant made the Closing Process incredibly easy. They explained everything incredibly well and were always available to answer our questions. Keri also made some spectacular recommendations of contractors and home professionals who have assisted us in making those few small changes that have made the house even more ours. Beyond being such a wonderful agent, Keri has really become a friend and took a little time out of her busy schedule to celebrate with us when we did our final walk through just before closing on the house. We had some specific things in mind for a house, and after a number of weeks, found a house at a good price that fit the bill. She helped us put together an offer, including strategizing around what terms we should offer. Despite another offer being a few thousand dollars higher than ours, those strategies led the sellers to choose our offer— the listing agent also mentioned that she preferred to work with Sarah over some of the other agents.
After we had a contract in place on the house, she went above and beyond by setting up appointments for various contractor work on the house, including radon mitigation, preventative pest control, and mold remediation.
