Covid hit the housing market and then exploded, which threw my house hunting into high gear. Jen had my back. She guided me through all the pitfalls, which included viewing homes with a service dog, during COVID-19 restrictions, falling in love with houses that were sold before I finished the viewing, and having to rescind an offer I made on a house too difficult for me to live in. She explained everything about applying for a loan, making an offer, found me a handyperson, and even found a washer and dryer for my new home... for FREE! Jen has been the most amazing realtor and beyond that she has become a friend. I am now a fully employed military veteran who owns her own home! I couldn't have done any of it without Jennifer Young!
