Sarah was a fantastic help getting us our first home, we feel so fortunate that she was recommended to us! She was a responsive communicator, friendly and informative guide, and fun personality to explore the housing market with.
We had some specific things in mind for a house, and after a number of weeks, found a house at a good price that fit the bill. She helped us put together an offer, including strategizing around what terms we should offer. Despite another offer being a few thousand dollars higher than ours, those strategies led the sellers to choose our offer— the listing agent also mentioned that she preferred to work with Sarah over some of the other agents.
After we had a contract in place on the house, she went above and beyond by setting up appointments for various contractor work on the house, including radon mitigation, preventative pest control, and mold remediation. Taking numerous little tasks off of our plate was such a relief! She also helped us navigate a tricky closing situation— just a huge help all the way through. Highly recommended!
