For example, we had an unfortunate car breakdown, and she picked us up at the repair shop and drove us to the showing (which turned out to be our new home). She even wrote up our offer while she was out of town on a long-planned "mini-vacation". Dedication.

Suzanne was great to work with. I received her contact info from an old high school friend and couldn't be happier. We reached out shortly after receiving a contract on our house in VA and she was able to put together a list of 24 houses that met our criteria in a very short period of time for us to see the next weekend. We viewed 22 houses over a period of about 8-10 hours over two days and were able to find a fantastic house that met all of our needs. She was very knowledgeable of the KC market and processes which were different from what we had to follow in VA and was very proactive getting in touch with our lender to make sure that we closed on for both properties. Sarah was a fantastic help getting us our first home, we feel so fortunate that she was recommended to us! She was a responsive communicator, friendly and informative guide, and fun personality to explore the housing market with.
We had some specific things in mind for a house, and after a number of weeks, found a house at a good price that fit the bill. She helped us put together an offer, including strategizing around what terms we should offer. Despite another offer being a few thousand dollars higher than ours, those strategies led the sellers to choose our offer— the listing agent also mentioned that she preferred to work with Sarah over some of the other agents.
After we had a contract in place on the house, she went above and beyond by setting up appointments for various contractor work on the house, including radon mitigation, preventative pest control, and mold remediation. Taking numerous little tasks off of our plate was such a relief! She also helped us navigate a tricky closing situation— just a huge help all the way through. Highly recommended!
