Last year my wife and I decided to take a leap of faith and move our young family back home to Michigan after 6 years in Kansas. This would, of course, involve selling our first home. Every home that we looked at with her was one that we could probably have been happy living in. In all, it took less than a month before we had made an offer on the home that we now reside in so very happily. Keri had notified us about it a good two weeks before it even went on the market and, when it did, we had the very first showing scheduled for it.
