Six years ago I was a divorced, unemployed, female veteran living in a homeless shelter for military veterans. Fast-forward to two years ago when I was introduced to Jennifer Young by a mutual friend. My journey toward home ownership was fraught with pitfalls and disappointments. The reason that we live in this beautiful home that we feel blessed to wake up in every single day is that an absolutely incredible real estate agent who has many years of experience and a real talent for helping people to find the perfect home of their dreams helped us to navigate the immeasurably complex home purchasing process and ultimately find our Forever Home. That real estate agent is a truly lovely woman named Keri Janda. From our first meeting with Keri, we knew that she was the perfect RE agent for us. She provided us with volumes of helpful information but never overwhelmed us. Even more importantly, she asked spectacular questions and really listened to our responses and heard what we were telling her about what we each wanted. Every home that we looked at with her was one that we could probably have been happy living in. In all, it took less than a month before we had made an offer on the home that we now reside in so very happily. Keri had notified us about it a good two weeks before it even went on the market and, when it did, we had the very first showing scheduled for it. We were already very impressed with it from the pictures that she provided us but, once we walked through it and explored all that it had to offer, we truly fell in love with this place. Two days later, our offer was accepted. Keri and her assistant made the Closing Process incredibly easy. They explained everything incredibly well and were always available to answer our questions. Keri also made some spectacular recommendations of contractors and home professionals who have assisted us in making those few small changes that have made the house even more ours.
