That real estate agent is a truly lovely woman named Keri Janda. From our first meeting with Keri, we knew that she was the perfect RE agent for us. She provided us with volumes of helpful information but never overwhelmed us. Last year my wife and I decided to take a leap of faith and move our young family back home to Michigan after 6 years in Kansas. This would, of course, involve selling our first home. We had some specific things in mind for a house, and after a number of weeks, found a house at a good price that fit the bill. She helped us put together an offer, including strategizing around what terms we should offer. Erin was introduced to me by a friend and in minutes I knew she would get the job done. After nearly 40 realtors calling and texting me with desperation in their voices along their sales numbers I was truly done speaking with all of them, Erin did not approach the listing of my house this way. She explained her approach, her vision, her knowledge of the area and explained the do's and dont's of the area. She set modest but obtainable goals for the property based on how much I was willing to do to the property to attract solid buyers.
