The day before closing, underwriting wanted a scan copy of every page of my last 2 years tax returns. I was working and could not go to have them scanned. She came to my apartment and, with an app on her cell phone, scanned all 70+ pages and sent them to the lender.

She provided us with volumes of helpful information but never overwhelmed us.
