That real estate agent is a truly lovely woman named Keri Janda. From our first meeting with Keri, we knew that she was the perfect RE agent for us. She provided us with volumes of helpful information but never overwhelmed us. Even more importantly, she asked spectacular questions and really listened to our responses and heard what we were telling her about what we each wanted. Every home that we looked at with her was one that we could probably have been happy living in. In all, it took less than a month before we had made an offer on the home that we now reside in so very happily. Keri had notified us about it a good two weeks before it even went on the market and, when it did, we had the very first showing scheduled for it. We were already very impressed with it from the pictures that she provided us but, once we walked through it and explored all that it had to offer, we truly fell in love with this place. Two days later, our offer was accepted. Keri and her assistant made the Closing Process incredibly easy. They explained everything incredibly well and were always available to answer our questions. Keri also made some spectacular recommendations of contractors and home professionals who have assisted us in making those few small changes that have made the house even more ours. Beyond being such a wonderful agent, Keri has really become a friend and took a little time out of her busy schedule to celebrate with us when we did our final walk through just before closing on the house. She still checked back with us frequently to make certain that everything went well and that we had all that we needed. We have stayed in touch with her and have enjoyed seeing her guide others through this complex process of finding the home of their dreams. Keri is a rare and gifted realtor and quite possibly the best and smartest decision that you will ever make in your life will be to select her as the person who will introduce you to the home in which you will happily spend the rest of your life.
