Every home that we looked at with her was one that we could probably have been happy living in. In all, it took less than a month before we had made an offer on the home that we now reside in so very happily. Keri had notified us about it a good two weeks before it even went on the market and, when it did, we had the very first showing scheduled for it. We were already very impressed with it from the pictures that she provided us but, once we walked through it and explored all that it had to offer, we truly fell in love with this place. Sarah was a fantastic help getting us our first home, we feel so fortunate that she was recommended to us! She was a responsive communicator, friendly and informative guide, and fun personality to explore the housing market with.
We had some specific things in mind for a house, and after a number of weeks, found a house at a good price that fit the bill. She helped us put together an offer, including strategizing around what terms we should offer. Despite another offer being a few thousand dollars higher than ours, those strategies led the sellers to choose our offer— the listing agent also mentioned that she preferred to work with Sarah over some of the other agents.
After we had a contract in place on the house, she went above and beyond by setting up appointments for various contractor work on the house, including radon mitigation, preventative pest control, and mold remediation. Taking numerous little tasks off of our plate was such a relief! She also helped us navigate a tricky closing situation— just a huge help all the way through. Highly recommended!
