We had some specific things in mind for a house, and after a number of weeks, found a house at a good price that fit the bill. She helped us put together an offer, including strategizing around what terms we should offer. The reason that we live in this beautiful home that we feel blessed to wake up in every single day is that an absolutely incredible real estate agent who has many years of experience and a real talent for helping people to find the perfect home of their dreams helped us to navigate the immeasurably complex home purchasing process and ultimately find our Forever Home. That real estate agent is a truly lovely woman named Keri Janda. From our first meeting with Keri, we knew that she was the perfect RE agent for us. She provided us with volumes of helpful information but never overwhelmed us. Even more importantly, she asked spectacular questions and really listened to our responses and heard what we were telling her about what we each wanted.
