We kept in touch about the updates, contractors and the work I'd be doing during the process and we was about to list a week earlier than the goal set. Everything was explained, understood and everyone was on bored.
At the end the day select a realtor that has proven experience, confidence and the ability to communicate about the property, not someone who starts off with all the "look at me" statements!

The day before closing, underwriting wanted a scan copy of every page of my last 2 years tax returns. I was working and could not go to have them scanned. She came to my apartment and, with an app on her cell phone, scanned all 70+ pages and sent them to the lender.
