When it came to closing we had a complicated transaction that our Big Bank was giving us issues with financing. She recommended Fairway Mortgage and helped us work with them to complete our financing and meet our closing in 7 days!

After nearly 40 realtors calling and texting me with desperation in their voices along their sales numbers I was truly done speaking with all of them, Erin did not approach the listing of my house this way. She set modest but obtainable goals for the property based on how much I was willing to do to the property to attract solid buyers.
