I cannot imagine having had a better realtor than Sarah Anderson. She was there to answer my questions day or night, take care of all details, answer my questions, and actually ordered a meal delivered to my apartment on an extremely stressful day during the process.
The day before closing, underwriting wanted a scan copy of every page of my last 2 years tax returns. I was working and could not go to have them scanned. She came to my apartment and, with an app on her cell phone, scanned all 70+ pages and sent them to the lender.

After nearly 40 realtors calling and texting me with desperation in their voices along their sales numbers I was truly done speaking with all of them, Erin did not approach the listing of my house this way.
