We had some specific things in mind for a house, and after a number of weeks, found a house at a good price that fit the bill. She helped us put together an offer, including strategizing around what terms we should offer. Despite another offer being a few thousand dollars higher than ours, those strategies led the sellers to choose our offer— the listing agent also mentioned that she preferred to work with Sarah over some of the other agents.
After we had a contract in place on the house, she went above and beyond by setting up appointments for various contractor work on the house, including radon mitigation, preventative pest control, and mold remediation. I cannot imagine having had a better realtor than Sarah Anderson. She was there to answer my questions day or night, take care of all details, answer my questions, and actually ordered a meal delivered to my apartment on an extremely stressful day during the process.
