Fast-forward to two years ago when I was introduced to Jennifer Young by a mutual friend. My journey toward home ownership was fraught with pitfalls and disappointments. Covid hit the housing market and then exploded, which threw my house hunting into high gear. Jen had my back. She guided me through all the pitfalls, which included viewing homes with a service dog, during COVID-19 restrictions, falling in love with houses that were sold before I finished the viewing, and having to rescind an offer I made on a house too difficult for me to live in.
