She provided us with volumes of helpful information but never overwhelmed us. Even more importantly, she asked spectacular questions and really listened to our responses and heard what we were telling her about what we each wanted. Every home that we looked at with her was one that we could probably have been happy living in. In all, it took less than a month before we had made an offer on the home that we now reside in so very happily. Keri had notified us about it a good two weeks before it even went on the market and, when it did, we had the very first showing scheduled for it. We were already very impressed with it from the pictures that she provided us but, once we walked through it and explored all that it had to offer, we truly fell in love with this place. Two days later, our offer was accepted. Keri and her assistant made the Closing Process incredibly easy. They explained everything incredibly well and were always available to answer our questions. I cannot imagine having had a better realtor than Sarah Anderson. She was there to answer my questions day or night, take care of all details, answer my questions, and actually ordered a meal delivered to my apartment on an extremely stressful day during the process.
The day before closing, underwriting wanted a scan copy of every page of my last 2 years tax returns. I was working and could not go to have them scanned. She came to my apartment and, with an app on her cell phone, scanned all 70+ pages and sent them to the lender.
