We reached out shortly after receiving a contract on our house in VA and she was able to put together a list of 24 houses that met our criteria in a very short period of time for us to see the next weekend. We viewed 22 houses over a period of about 8-10 hours over two days and were able to find a fantastic house that met all of our needs. After nearly 40 realtors calling and texting me with desperation in their voices along their sales numbers I was truly done speaking with all of them, Erin did not approach the listing of my house this way. She explained her approach, her vision, her knowledge of the area and explained the do's and dont's of the area. She set modest but obtainable goals for the property based on how much I was willing to do to the property to attract solid buyers.
