Our move from New Zealand back to Kansas City was difficult enough, not to include the monumental task of finding the right home in a short supply, and competitive Mid-West housing market. It's fair to say, Jen had a tall task in working with us, while we were overseas, and when we arrived back to North America. We had some specific things in mind for a house, and after a number of weeks, found a house at a good price that fit the bill. She helped us put together an offer, including strategizing around what terms we should offer. Despite another offer being a few thousand dollars higher than ours, those strategies led the sellers to choose our offer— the listing agent also mentioned that she preferred to work with Sarah over some of the other agents.
