After nearly 40 realtors calling and texting me with desperation in their voices along their sales numbers I was truly done speaking with all of them, Erin did not approach the listing of my house this way. She set modest but obtainable goals for the property based on how much I was willing to do to the property to attract solid buyers. She provided us with volumes of helpful information but never overwhelmed us. Every home that we looked at with her was one that we could probably have been happy living in. Keri had notified us about it a good two weeks before it even went on the market and, when it did, we had the very first showing scheduled for it.
