Two days later, our offer was accepted. Keri and her assistant made the Closing Process incredibly easy. They explained everything incredibly well and were always available to answer our questions. Being new to the Kansas City area, Rachel was able to provide insight into the different areas I looked and the pros and cons of those places to allow me to make an informed decision. On top of that, her responsiveness and persistency were incredibly impressive. I didn't have any instances where I could not get a hold of her or get an answer to the questions I had. She displayed persistency by making sure she got an answer to any question I may have had for the seller or listing agent even if they weren't as responsive.
