She provided us with volumes of helpful information but never overwhelmed us. Laura had our home sold literally within an hour. Almost exactly one hour after Laura placed the for sale sign in our front yard, we had an offer & those folks bought the house. Which of course made selling the house a breeze. Laura was with us every step of the way; when we looked at numerous homes to buy and found the one that we bought through Laura. She helped us with the Shady realtor that was selling this house, by finding a hotel for us for 2 weeks that allowed pets. She helped us move. Sarah was a fantastic help getting us our first home, we feel so fortunate that she was recommended to us! She was a responsive communicator, friendly and informative guide, and fun personality to explore the housing market with.
We had some specific things in mind for a house, and after a number of weeks, found a house at a good price that fit the bill. She helped us put together an offer, including strategizing around what terms we should offer. Despite another offer being a few thousand dollars higher than ours, those strategies led the sellers to choose our offer— the listing agent also mentioned that she preferred to work with Sarah over some of the other agents.
After we had a contract in place on the house, she went above and beyond by setting up appointments for various contractor work on the house, including radon mitigation, preventative pest control, and mold remediation. Taking numerous little tasks off of our plate was such a relief! She also helped us navigate a tricky closing situation— just a huge help all the way through. Highly recommended!
