She provided us with volumes of helpful information but never overwhelmed us. Keri had notified us about it a good two weeks before it even went on the market and, when it did, we had the very first showing scheduled for it. Two days later, our offer was accepted. Keri and her assistant made the Closing Process incredibly easy. They explained everything incredibly well and were always available to answer our questions. It's fair to say, Jen had a tall task in working with us, while we were overseas, and when we arrived back to North America. True to the professional, personable, and classy person that she is, Jen worked tirelessly to not only assist us in our wide ranging 300K to 1.5M home search, but also whatever we needed as in our transition home.
