Last year my wife and I decided to take a leap of faith and move our young family back home to Michigan after 6 years in Kansas. This would, of course, involve selling our first home. I cannot imagine having had a better realtor than Sarah Anderson. She was there to answer my questions day or night, take care of all details, answer my questions, and actually ordered a meal delivered to my apartment on an extremely stressful day during the process.
The day before closing, underwriting wanted a scan copy of every page of my last 2 years tax returns. I was working and could not go to have them scanned. She came to my apartment and, with an app on her cell phone, scanned all 70+ pages and sent them to the lender.
