Those included knowledge of the industry, market and area I was searching in. Being new to the Kansas City area, Rachel was able to provide insight into the different areas I looked and the pros and cons of those places to allow me to make an informed decision. On top of that, her responsiveness and persistency were incredibly impressive. I didn't have any instances where I could not get a hold of her or get an answer to the questions I had. She displayed persistency by making sure she got an answer to any question I may have had for the seller or listing agent even if they weren't as responsive.
