If you have ever seen the movie "The Money Pit" I had a house that rivaled that! I tried to sell it myself (FSBO) and kept running into problems. I am convinced that it would have dragged out for several more months if Heather had not come to my aid. She went above and beyond the call of duty, she bent over backwards to help me out and through the entire process she provided excellent advice. Her knowledge of the local market, of real estate in general and of people was essential in the successful completion of this transaction. I am so thankful for her assistance with getting this property listed and then sticking with me through the process of addressing the never-ending inspection repair list. If she decides to start a new line of work she would make an excellent general contractor because that's essential the role she filled for me; providing me with contacts and assisting with access to the property to complete an extensive demand for repairs after the home inspection.
